--Payment can be made thru credit card (4% surcharge), check, or cash at pickup. Payment is due by Sat Oct 28th at 2pm or balance owing will be charged to your credit card you registered with.
--Pickup location is County Road Auction & Sales main office located at 30265 415th Ave, Tyndall, SD.

All items are to be removed by SAT OCT 28 AT 2PM. Items remaining after will become the property of the Auction Company if other arrangements have not been made. Due to space restrictions we are unable to hold your purchases for you. If you choose not to pickup your purchase your credit card will still be charged for the total of your purchase that you made. You will also be blocked from purchasing in the future.
Auctioneers reserves the right to add or remove property from the auction. All property is sold as is, where is and there is no guarantee and no warranty, neither expressed nor implied. All sales are final. Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Buyer is reponsible for property at the time of purchase. The auction company is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Property is not to be removed until payment in full has been received. Sales tax will be charged according to the law. Per the SD Dept of Revenue: "Fees charged by Internet auction sites are subject to state and applicable municipal tax based on where the user of the auction site is located. This includes fees to list products and commission paid to the auction site when products are sold." Stopping payment of check or insufficient funds checks are seen as intent to defraud. It is the bidders responsibility to be informed about the property and associated costs before bidding. If you are in doubt do not bid.
