There will be no shipping on this sale, PICKUP ONLY.
We will offer a transfer back to our Schofield for a fee. Minimum fee is $5 per lot. Please call 715-574-2645 prior to bidding to arrange. Transfers are available on a first come basis and may not be available.
There is no sales tax applied to any of the lots in this sale. Please note that any items that are fastened, secured, or in any way attached to the house, fixtures, doors, walls, countertops, cupboards, or cabinets are not included unless specifically listed as such. Any dispute regarding this will be at the discretion of the Auctioneer and Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC to determine if it is part of the lot.
Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the hammer.
If you wish to use a different payment method other than what you registered with, contact us immediately after receiving your e-mail confirmation of your purchase. Items not removed on pickup day will be charged a $20.00 per day storage fee and will be considered abandoned after 7 days with NO REFUND unless prior arrangements have been made.
Pickup will be available Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 9AM-Noon on location at 200651 Waterview Drive, Mosinee WI 54455 (formerly 2350 Lakeshore Drive, Mosinee). If you are late to pickup there is a minimum fee of $50 that must be paid prior to release of your items.

A 35% reselling fee will be applied to purchases not paid in full by Saturday following auction.
Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Marathon County, Wisconsin. Bidder agrees that the liability of Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC shall be limited to the purchase price of a lot. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Marathon County, Wisconsin.
Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card.
