In the event the buyer fails to make settlement in full on the sale day, Braden Auction Services may resale the property at their sole discretion and the original buyer shall be responsible for all damages and expenses of the resale including attorney's fees. 4. Acceptance of a bid number signifies full knowledge and adherence to all of the above conditions. This agreement is binding upon the parties, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assignees.
