"CONSIGNMENT AUCTION" SAT. OCTOBER 21st @ 10:01 AM We will be outside the warehouse at 3702 Indian Hills Rd. SE, Decatur, AL for a continuation of our consignment estate sale. This sale will include something for everyone. Here are a few items that will be featured in this sale. Yard art, Christmas decor, New Home Port sewing machine, pressure cooker/canner, brass chandeliersl w/prisms, flat screen television, outdoor storage chest, stereo component, glassware, kerosene heaters, Troy Built mower, Craftsman mower, golf clubs, Craftsman pressure washer, folding utility wagon, power tools, floor jack, folding sawhorses, 6 & 8 ft. fiberglass step ladders, 48" round oak pedestal table w/24" leaf, bird bath, glass top/angel leg coffee and end tables plus some pure old junk. Lots of box deals cause it all has got to go so we can bring in more estate pieces. We also will be selling a 2009 Chevy Colbalt w/low mileage. We have some of the items pictured on our web site kdcpropertiesinc.com, AuctionZip.com, and estatesales.org so take a look and come on out and join us. Should we have massive rains within two days of the sale, we may have to postpone due to the water standing at our door. STAY TUNED!!
