Buyers not known to the Sale Management must have a bank letter of guarantee to pay by check. Credit cards will also be accepted with a 3% convenience fee added to the total. 5% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid to determine total sales price. 6% KY Sales Tax will apply unless proper Dealer tax number & exemption forms are provided. Settlement to consignors will be mailed within 14 business days. Announcements made on sale day take precedence over advertising. PLEASE NOTE: No consignments will be accepted Saturday morning, November 4th. No household items or junk consignments accepted. There will be a $25 additional fee for all titled vehicles.
