EMD F59 PH Locomotive

 

This Locomotive has been disabled in 2020 as part of a government grant covenant by cutting holes in the block of the main drive engine and the

HEP engine.

 

Main: EMD 12-710 G3A / 12 Cylinder HEP: CAT 3406

 

Details:

 

1. The engine still has power assemblies/cylinders and the upper portion of the engine intact.

 

2. It is assumed that all parts were operational until decommission in 2020.

 

3. All PTC Components Removed.

 

4. All ATS Components Removed.

 

5. Some Minor Parts Removed (Lights / Gauges)

 

6. Traction Motors: 4

 

7. Wheel Sets: 4

 

8. Fuel Tank: 1

 

9. Cooling Fans / Grid Blowers: 4

 

10. Aux Equipment Rack: Intact

 

11. Alternator: Intact

 

12. Turbo: Intact

 

13. Generator / Compressor: Intact

 

14. Weight: 260,000 lb
