No one under the age of 18 may participate in the auction. 3. Vehicle preview is Friday, Oct. 20, 2023. There will be a $25.00 charge for lost or broken keys during the vehicle auction preview. No keys given out for preview on Auction Day. 4. All sales are "AS IS, WHERE IS" and subject to error, omission, deletion, and addition. No warranty either expressed or implied is made by seller or auctioneer regarding condition, quality, purpose, or any other matter. 5. Payment must be made in full Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023, by cash, check (accompanied by bank letter stating check will be acceptable for a certain dollar amount), Visa or Master- Card with a 3% convenience fee, before removal of items. Auctioneer at his discretion may accept or reject any form of payment. 6. Removal of all items shall be at risk, peril, expense, and liability of buyer. 7. All sold items must be removed by 5:00 PM the day of the auction unless written approval from the State of New Hampshire for special consideration of size and/or available equipment is given. Any special consideration items must be completely removed from the building and grounds by 2:30 PM on Monday, Oct. 23, 2023. Title to any item remaining after 2:30 PM on Monday, Oct. 23, 2023 shall revert to the State of New Hampshire, and said item may be resold at private sale as soon as possible thereafter. 8. Auctioneer acts as agent for the State of New Hampshire. By participation in this auction, buyer acknowledges that neither the Auctioneer nor the State of New Hampshire has any liability for personal injury or other damage suffered by Buyer in connection with this sale. 9. All sales are final if you are the successful bidder, and no bidder should participate in the sale unless that bidder is prepared to purchase the item. IN THE EVENT BIDDER DEFAULTS IN THE PURCHASE OF ANY ITEM, BIDDER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE REALIZED BY SELLER UPON RESALE. 10. No animals allowed except certified service dogs for individuals with disabilities. 11. Seller & Auctioneer have no duty to Bidders to preserve, protect, maintain, or safekeep any property purchased at the sale. Bidder acknowledges that a returned check fee of $30.00 shall be due and payable to Auctioneer prior to delivery of the goods if any checks are returned due to insufficient funds. 14. There will be a $50.00 charge for requests to provide duplicate or corrected title/registration transfers after 5:00 PM on the day of sale. 15. Individuals purchasing motor vehicles must be present with positive identification for the vehicle document assignments. 16. Commercial buyers must provide business stationary which reflects the business name and address under which the vehicle transfer documents will be assigned. 17. Upon request, JSJ Auctions will provide a motor vehicle bill of sale to out-of-state bidders. 18. Individuals paying by cash, cashier�s check, money order, bank draft, or traveler�s check in excess of $10,000 will be required to file IRS Form 8300 with Auctioneer. 19. All federal and state laws pertaining to the sale of firearms as of Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023 will be strictly adhered to.
