Full payment in cash or check shall be made at the time of the sale,otherwise the sale may be forfeited and revert back to the City. OUT OF STATE CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Vehicles shallbe removed from the lot immediately after the sale until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday following the sale from 9:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A Storage fee of $35 per day will be charged on all vehicles left in the sale lot after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday.
