VINTAGE MATTEL ELCTRONICS INTELLIVISION II
The Intellivision II by Mattel is sought by collectors worldwide. It delivers complete gaming control with sharp, detailed graphics and high sound quality right out of the box. Included are a music keyboard and a sleeker case in white. Mattel's 49-key musical synthesizer keyboard was a first of its kind in the gaming industry and intended for teaching music as well as entertaining users with games like Melody Blaster. The LED light on the console provides updates on the device status, letting you know whether it is off or on. The multifunctional power button also acts as a reset switch and an off/off switch that turns off the device when held down for five seconds. You can press the 1 and 9 buttons to set the game on pause during breaks. The controllers for the Intellivision II by Mattel have a flat-surface, a 12-button numeric keypad, and four action buttons on the sides. Each controller has a directional disk that is able to move in 16 directions. The original Intellivision II also includes the System Changer, a device that allows the user to play Atari 2600 games. Original video games for Intellivision come in cartridge form.

Original WWII Large EG Waterman EGW Fighting Knife with Scabbard - This is one of the harder knives to locate. Overall condition - the leather handle is tight, no slop or wiggle or bold. The blade has some discolored, or speckling on the blade. This also has a bottle opener built into the bottom of the blade. A heavy ring sits on top of the upper shaft of the knife blade holding it all together. The sheath is of heavy leather and is in good shape but not original to the knife.

Original Civil War document. 1st LT. John W. Johnson from the 12th Regiment of New Hampshire Volunteers, commanded by Colonel Potter called into service by the President of the United States at Point Lookout on 23 Nov 1863 to serve three years. 1st LT. Johnson was discharged  to receive the commission of Captain. Signed by John E. Whipam.
The document is folded in 8 sections, has a few small tears and burn marks. measures 30 x 10.5

Original Civil War document. John W. Johnson was Mustered in the 12th Regiment of New Hampshire for three years. This was due to a vacancy after another officer was promoted. Signed by the Mustering Officer, to be stationed at Point Lookout. A note stating that he has been paid  to Dec. 31.
This document is in very nice condition. 17 x 11 paper with 4 folds. No tears.

Signed by John E. Whepana , mustering officer. To be stationed near Petersburg, VA. 

This document is in excellent condition. The ink is dark and very much legible. Paper is 11 x 17. Very crisp, 3 folds, no tears anywhere. 
Note: Pictures shot without opening up completely in order to prevent tears.

A family stating that owing to recapture their farm by the troops of the United States Government in May 1964. They have been unable to procure sustenance from their farm and they have not had the means to purchase food & claim the benefits of Special Order No. 89 dated City Point, VA. Sept. 1864. HANDWRITTEN ROUGH DRAFTS OF A LETTER CERTIFYING A SOLDIER WAS NOT A DESERTER
Two rough drafts written by the Officer in Charge of Company F 12th Regiment of New Hampshire Volunteers. He stated that Sergeant Charles H. Kelly had fought in the Battle of Gettysburg in July of 1863. He was subsequently reported missing then designated as a deserter.  This officer then states he was not a deserter but was actually located in a hospital. During his absence he was deprived of his authority and pay as a Sargent. After the war he was then honorably discharged. The officer goes on to question why his record was not changed to confirm that facts. He states anything related to him being a deserter in his record should be changed to Honorable and Faithful service.

Regarding two individuals that needed safe guard. They were re-assigned to the other side of the James River. Rations could be issued to such persons that after taking The Oath of Allegiance and who are in so destitute a condition as to require them.

1.Special Order No. 2 September 24, 1964, report to Head Quarters Provisional Brigade 18 for duty as Assistant Provisional Marshall
2. General Order No. 3 October 21st, 1864, relieved from duty as Assistant Provisional Marshall and advanced to The Provisional Marshall of the Division and will be obeyed and respected accordingly. 
3. Special Order No. December 15, 1864, detailed as Acting Ordnance Officer and will report to the Chief of Ordnance at the Headquarters for duty.
4. Special Order No. 5 Leave of Absence to go out of the Department is granted for 25 days.
5. Special  Order 89, April 1st, 1865 report immediately to Capt. W. H. Male Acting Ordnance Officer at Genli Ord's Headquarters Humphries Station.

All of the orders have been signed, dated on letterhead from authorizing command.

1. War Department, Office of the Chief Signal Officer informing  an Officer of the Co. B Tank Corps that the return of Signal Corp property for the period of October 10, 1919 has been examined, found correct and filed.
2. Form 73a, Office of the Chief Ordnance, US Army, Washington DC dated April 10, 1919.
Advising the Officer of the Tank Corp that had reported errors in accounting for ordnance property during the period of October 22, 1918 has been satisfactorily explained in his letter dated march 27, 1919. The file has been corrected and now settled.

Mattel's 49-key musical synthesizer keyboard was a first of its kind in the gaming industry and intended for teaching music as well as entertaining users with games like Melody Blaster. The multifunctional power button also acts as a reset switch and an off/off switch that turns off the device when held down for five seconds. Original WWII Large EG Waterman EGW Fighting Knife with Scabbard - This is one of the harder knives to locate. Overall condition - the leather handle is tight, no slop or wiggle or bold. The blade has some discolored, or speckling on the blade. This also has a bottle opener built into the bottom of the blade. A heavy ring sits on top of the upper shaft of the knife blade holding it all together. The sheath is of heavy leather and is in good shape but not original to the knife.

CIVIL WAR MUSTER-OUT ROLL 1864
Original Civil War document. 1st LT. John W. Johnson from the 12th Regiment of New Hampshire Volunteers, commanded by Colonel Potter called into service by the President of the United States at Point Lookout on 23 Nov 1863 to serve three years. 1st LT. Johnson was discharged  to receive the commission of Captain. Signed by John E. Whipam.
The document is folded in 8 sections, has a few small tears and burn marks. measures 30 x 10.5

CIVIL WAR MUSTER-IN ROLL 1862
Original Civil War document. John W. Johnson was Mustered in the 12th Regiment of New Hampshire for three years. This was due to a vacancy after another officer was promoted. Signed by the Mustering Officer, to be stationed at Point Lookout. A note stating that he has been paid  to Dec. 31.
This document is in very nice condition. 17 x 11 paper with 4 folds. No tears.

This document is in excellent condition. The ink is dark and very much legible. Paper is 11 x 17. Very crisp, 3 folds, no tears anywhere. 
Note: Pictures shot without opening up completely in order to prevent tears.

1864 HANDWRITTEN DOCUMENT BY A FAMILY DURING THE CIVIL WAR
A family stating that owing to recapture their farm by the troops of the United States Government in May 1964. They have been unable to procure sustenance from their farm and they have not had the means to purchase food & claim the benefits of Special Order No. 89 dated City Point, VA. Sept. 1864. Family members signature

HANDWRITTEN ROUGH DRAFTS OF A LETTER CERTIFYING A SOLDIER WAS NOT A DESERTER
Two rough drafts written by the Officer in Charge of Company F 12th Regiment of New Hampshire Volunteers. He stated that Sergeant Charles H. Kelly had fought in the Battle of Gettysburg in July of 1863. He was subsequently reported missing then designated as a deserter.  This officer then states he was not a deserter but was actually located in a hospital. During his absence he was deprived of his authority and pay as a Sargent. After the war he was then honorably discharged. The officer goes on to question why his record was not changed to confirm that facts. He states anything related to him being a deserter in his record should be changed to Honorable and Faithful service.

Regarding two individuals that needed safe guard. They were re-assigned to the other side of the James River. Rations could be issued to such persons that after taking The Oath of Allegiance and who are in so destitute a condition as to require them.

This lot includes 5 separate documents:
1.Special Order No. 2 September 24, 1964, report to Head Quarters Provisional Brigade 18 for duty as Assistant Provisional Marshall
2. General Order No. 3 October 21st, 1864, relieved from duty as Assistant Provisional Marshall and advanced to The Provisional Marshall of the Division and will be obeyed and respected accordingly. 
3. Special Order No. December 15, 1864, detailed as Acting Ordnance Officer and will report to the Chief of Ordnance at the Headquarters for duty.
4. Special Order No. 5 Leave of Absence to go out of the Department is granted for 25 days.
5. Special  Order 89, April 1st, 1865 report immediately to Capt. W. H. Male Acting Ordnance Officer at Genli Ord's Headquarters Humphries Station.

All of the orders have been signed, dated on letterhead from authorizing command.

TWO POSTCARDS FROM THE WAR DEPARTMENT AND OFFICE OF CHIEF ORDNANCE WW1
1. War Department, Office of the Chief Signal Officer informing  an Officer of the Co. B Tank Corps that the return of Signal Corp property for the period of October 10, 1919 has been examined, found correct and filed.
2. Form 73a, Office of the Chief Ordnance, US Army, Washington DC dated April 10, 1919.
Advising the Officer of the Tank Corp that had reported errors in accounting for ordnance property during the period of October 22, 1918 has been satisfactorily explained in his letter dated march 27, 1919. The file has been corrected and now settled.

1. Discusses a soldier that is reporting to have suffered deafness. The letter is asking his commanding officer if he was aware if his condition. He replies to the effect that he can not say either way. Dated May 2, 1864

The Intellivision II by Mattel is sought by collectors worldwide. It delivers complete gaming control with sharp, detailed graphics and high sound quality right out of the box. Mattel's 49-key musical synthesizer keyboard was a first of its kind in the gaming industry and intended for teaching music as well as entertaining users with games like Melody Blaster. The blade has some discolored, or speckling on the blade. This also has a bottle opener built into the bottom of the blade. A heavy ring sits on top of the upper shaft of the knife blade holding it all together. The sheath is of heavy leather and is in good shape but not original to the knife.

CIVIL WAR MUSTER-OUT ROLL 1864
Original Civil War document. 1st LT. John W. Johnson from the 12th Regiment of New Hampshire Volunteers, commanded by Colonel Potter called into service by the President of the United States at Point Lookout on 23 Nov 1863 to serve three years. 1st LT. Johnson was discharged  to receive the commission of Captain. Signed by John E. Whipam.
The document is folded in 8 sections, has a few small tears and burn marks. measures 30 x 10.5

CIVIL WAR MUSTER-IN ROLL 1862
Original Civil War document. John W. Johnson was Mustered in the 12th Regiment of New Hampshire for three years. This was due to a vacancy after another officer was promoted. Signed by the Mustering Officer, to be stationed at Point Lookout. A note stating that he has been paid  to Dec. 31.
This document is in very nice condition. 17 x 11 paper with 4 folds. No tears.

This document is in excellent condition. The ink is dark and very much legible. Paper is 11 x 17. Very crisp, 3 folds, no tears anywhere.

They have been unable to procure sustenance from their farm and they have not had the means to purchase food & claim the benefits of Special Order No. 89 dated City Point, VA. Sept. 1864. HANDWRITTEN ROUGH DRAFTS OF A LETTER CERTIFYING A SOLDIER WAS NOT A DESERTER
Two rough drafts written by the Officer in Charge of Company F 12th Regiment of New Hampshire Volunteers. He stated that Sergeant Charles H. Kelly had fought in the Battle of Gettysburg in July of 1863. He was subsequently reported missing then designated as a deserter.  This officer then states he was not a deserter but was actually located in a hospital. During his absence he was deprived of his authority and pay as a Sargent. After the war he was then honorably discharged. The officer goes on to question why his record was not changed to confirm that facts. He states anything related to him being a deserter in his record should be changed to Honorable and Faithful service.

Regarding two individuals that needed safe guard. They were re-assigned to the other side of the James River. Rations could be issued to such persons that after taking The Oath of Allegiance and who are in so destitute a condition as to require them.

This lot includes 5 separate documents:
1.Special Order No. 2 September 24, 1964, report to Head Quarters Provisional Brigade 18 for duty as Assistant Provisional Marshall
2. General Order No. 3 October 21st, 1864, relieved from duty as Assistant Provisional Marshall and advanced to The Provisional Marshall of the Division and will be obeyed and respected accordingly. 
3. Special Order No. December 15, 1864, detailed as Acting Ordnance Officer and will report to the Chief of Ordnance at the Headquarters for duty.
4. Special Order No. 5 Leave of Absence to go out of the Department is granted for 25 days.
5. Special  Order 89, April 1st, 1865 report immediately to Capt. W. H. Male Acting Ordnance Officer at Genli Ord's Headquarters Humphries Station.

All of the orders have been signed, dated on letterhead from authorizing command.

1. War Department, Office of the Chief Signal Officer informing  an Officer of the Co. B Tank Corps that the return of Signal Corp property for the period of October 10, 1919 has been examined, found correct and filed.
2. Form 73a, Office of the Chief Ordnance, US Army, Washington DC dated April 10, 1919.
Advising the Officer of the Tank Corp that had reported errors in accounting for ordnance property during the period of October 22, 1918 has been satisfactorily explained in his letter dated march 27, 1919. The file has been corrected and now settled.
