Winning bids will receive an invoice after the close of the auction with the exact address for pickup or details for shipping. Payment is due at the time of pick up on Sunday October 29th. Shipping is available for small items only. All shipping will be actual cost plus a handing charge TBD dependent on item(s) to be shipped. In addition, the Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller and HIT Auctions LLC and their respective agents, servants and employees of and from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expenses, personal injury or death of any person or persons arising out of, or relating to the removal of the above described Property.
