Auction Inspection is Mon Oct 2nd from 2pm-4:30pm
Pick up is Wednesday Oct.4th from 9am-4pm by appointment, which is primarily to aid in traffic flow on the private drive. There is a flight of stairs to gain entry to this private home, and there are items on 3 levels of the home (walkout basement).
Any bidding winner on larger/heavier items must have appropriate help and proper equipment; auction staff is NOT able to help with lifting and carrying.
Shipping is ONLY available on selected lots. Please be sure to consider this when bidding.
Winning bidders must pick up on Oct. 4th between 9am-4pm. Auction staff WILL NOT have access to the property after retrieval day. Traditional Estate Sale includes Tesla wheels, garage items, tools, household furniture, outdoor furniture, household goods, childrens goods, clothing, shoes, accessories, chest freezer, dining tables & chairs. |
