Method of sale: All of the properties will be offered in the choice method. The top successful bidder of each round of choice will have the option to select the tract of their choice. The top successful bidder of each round of choice may only select one of the tracts in each round of choice with the exception of if there are two tracts remaining which are directly adjacent to each other then the top bidder of that round of choice may select those two adjacent tracts. If the tract is not adjoining to another tract that is still available then the top bidder will only be permitted to select one tract for that round of choice. After a tract is sold in the round of choice it will not be available again to bid on. Once a tract is sold it will remain sold. There will be no combination of tracts of offered. The final bidding will close and remain closed and no adjustments shall be made after closing.

Bidders acknowledge that online only auctions have an auto extend feature that means the auction will not close until all bidding parties are represented and satisfied. A bidder can place a max bid on one or more lots. The current bid price does not automatically go to the max bid unless the bidder selects to raise the bid to that price immediately by selecting the raise bid option. When another bidder increases the current bid then the computer will automatically increase the bid in the increment specified reaching your max bid only by ongoing bidding activity.

Bidder acknowledges that some tracts may be sold in total dollars and some may be sold per acre. The tracts sold per acre shall be the purchase price times the gross acres of the property sold. Method of sale: All of the properties will be offered in the choice method. The top successful bidder of each round of choice will have the option to select the tract of their choice. The top successful bidder of each round of choice may only select one of the tracts in each round of choice with the exception of if there are two tracts remaining which are directly adjacent to each other then the top bidder of that round of choice may select those two adjacent tracts. If the tract is not adjoining to another tract that is still available then the top bidder will only be permitted to select one tract for that round of choice. After a tract is sold in the round of choice it will not be available again to bid on. Once a tract is sold it will remain sold. There will be no combination of tracts of offered. The final bidding will close and remain closed and no adjustments shall be made after closing.

Bidders acknowledge that online only auctions have an auto extend feature that means the auction will not close until all bidding parties are represented and satisfied. A bidder can place a max bid on one or more lots. The current bid price does not automatically go to the max bid unless the bidder selects to raise the bid to that price immediately by selecting the raise bid option. When another bidder increases the current bid then the computer will automatically increase the bid in the increment specified reaching your max bid only by ongoing bidding activity.

Bidder acknowledges that some tracts may be sold in total dollars and some may be sold per acre. The tracts sold per acre shall be the purchase price times the gross acres of the property sold.
