All vehicles sell AS-IS to the highest bidder, regardless of price. Payment at pickup by Cash or Certified Bank Check ONLY 10% Buyer's Premium (added to bid price, to become your total purchase price) All purchases must be removed by scheduled appointment between October 11-13th from the Moyer Auction warehouse in Alden NY. Ownership transfers with a Paid Bill of Sale and NYS Title or Transferable Registration provided to successful bidders upon full payment.  NOTE: These vehicles were loved by their previous owner, however, have been sitting in storage for the last couple of years. They have not been started or turned over and are not guaranteed to run, drive or function as they should.  The vehicles will need to be trailered or towed.   It is highly recommended you view & inspect the vehicles in person and can do so by calling our office (716) 937-7493 and schedule a preview to ensure you love the vehicle you intend to bid on as much as the previous owner did. The auction features 'extend one-extend all' bidding.  Moyer Auctions online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time, however, our auctions have an 'Auto-Extend' feature. Any bid placed within the final 5 minutes results in the bidding on ALL lots to automatically extend by 5 minutes. The bidding will extend in 5 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids and the lot sits idle for 5 minutes. This allows all bidding parties the opportunity and no one to be outbid in the last seconds without having the opportunity to bid again - just like a live auction.
