The September 19 Real Estate Auction of 410 Sandy Bank Road, Media PA is an online only auction.
By registering to bid and/or submitting any bid in this auction you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for this auction.
We thank you for your interest and participation.
MINIMUM OPENING BID
• There is an undisclosed reserve price for this property.
• The auction becomes absolute when the reserve price is reached
• Bids entered within the last 5 minutes of the auction will trigger a five-minute extended bidding period. Any bid entered within that extension will reset the bidding extension for 5 minutes. The auction will end when there has been no bid entered within the extension period.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
• In order to bid in this auction, you must register on the Briggs Auction online bidding platform directly and may not register in person.
• When you register for this auction, you agree to a $5,000 authorization on the credit card you have on file. This is a hold only, NOT a deposit or charge. This amount will not be held against the invoice total. Please make sure that your credit card information is current, and that the
address on your bidder profile is the same address used for your credit card statement.
• If you are working with a Buyer's Agent, please add your agent's name, phone number, and email (if it fits) in the "Company" field of the registration form.
• Winning bidder agrees that he/she is entering into a binding agreement to purchase the property for the total of the final bid price + buyer's premium.
• Winning bidder must submit 10% deposit of full final bid price + buyer’s premium on same day of auction along with completed agreement of sale.
BUYER'S PREMIUM / PAYMENT / SETTLEMENT
• The Buyer’s Premium of 10% will be added to the winning bid amount for a final sale price.
• Settlement within 30-45 days after close of auction, after clear title is issued.
• Buyer's Agent commission is 2.5%.
