 We have for sell approximately 4,464 Dells. A list representing the Dells is attached. Many of them are in working condition but some of them are not. Some power cords are included. However, there is not a 1:1 ratio of power cords. These must be sold in bulk.

Bidder must be certified to the R2 Standard and meet any requirements of FERPA, HIPPA and NIST 800-88 guidelines for data destruction and personally identifiable information destruction. Bidder will be required to submit their R2 certification for verification before the equipment will be released. The R2 certification must be for the same company name that is purchasing the equipment. Proof of employment with the purchasing company will be required to pick up the equipment. The winning bidder will be required to submit a certificate of Data Destruction & Recycling postdated 45-90 days from time of pick up. If you do not hold an R2 certification that can be verified, please do not bid on this lot.

An onsite visit to physically see the lot that is for sell is welcome and encouraged. It is the responsibility of the bidder to verify the list and condition of the equipment and what they are bidding on.

We will be available for equipment pickup Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. These hours are not negotiable.

There is no dock in the building where the laptops are stored. They are on pallets ready to be picked up. The pallets are heavy. Trucks with lift gates and a pallet jack is highly recommended.

The winning bidder must bring all supplies and help needed to load the equipment.”
