PLEASE READ: This auction contains several large (bulk) lots of items as we help to clear the contents from the home for our client. We ask that you remove the majority of the items that you purchase, we understand you may not be able to take absolutely everything. We were not able to coordinate a Sunday pickup to allow for more time, so we will be offering a three hour pickup window on Thursday, September 28th. There will not be any alternate times/dates available as the house is expected to be sold. If you buy one of the basement lots, we recommend you bring 2-3 people to help expedite the load out. Basement was split into two lots for the auction and you are bidding on SIDE A. There is a large window on each side of basement that should allow most of the items to be passed directly outside to the ground level. Please bring additional help to expedite cleanout. Three hours available to load.

Basement lot #2 - a true treasure hunt! We understand that you may not be able to take everything but we ask that you try and take a majority of the items. Basement was split into two lots for the auction and you are bidding on SIDE B. There is a large window on each side of basement that should allow most of the items to be passed directly outside to the ground level. Please bring additional help to expedite cleanout. Three hours available to load.
