Time is of the essence on this one. The home is sold, and we need to be out of here so the new buyers can work their magic to remodel the home and make it move in ready. Please Note: The home has been closed up for some time and is a little musty. Everything sells as is, where is, in its current condition with dust, must and all. Not everything has been tested, and everything sells to the highest bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. This will be a local pickup only auction with NO Shipping, NO Delivery and NO Accommodations. PLEASE NOTE: All gun buyers must pick up in person.
