Registered bidders agree to all terms and conditions as set forth by auction company. All items are sold strictly as is, where is including all faults. B & H Auction strives to accurately describe all auction items, however, written and/or oral descriptions are only our opinion and should not be considered a guarantee or warranty either express or implied. Also, the absence of a condition report does not does not imply it is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear. Items that are mechanical or electrical in nature are not tested prior to cataloging. If we personally test an item, we will note the results in the description. Again, the absence of a test report does not mean the item is in working condition, it only means our staff has not tested it. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine to their own satisfaction exact condition and authenticity of an item, however the nature of some of our auctions does not allow for bidders to personally preview items. Bidder agrees that by placing a bid, they signify that they have either examined the items, or that they accept the item as it is without their personal examination. Bidders cannot rescind or reduce their bids. All sales are final - no refunds or returns.
B & H Auction reserves the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion. Auctioneer has right to withdraw or add items at their sole discretion, can group individual lots together or split single lots into multiples, and has right to settle all bidding disputes.
Ownership is transferred once auctioneer calls it sold. B & H Auction holds no liability for any item after is has been called as sold, and is not responsible for any loss or damage after such time. Loading purchased items is the sole responsibily of the buyer and B & H Auction is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold B & H Auction harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Assistance is only offered as a courtesy.
15% Buyer's Premium charged to all bidders. All purchases must be paid for on day of auction. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, approved certified funds, or approved check with a valid US billing address. B & H Auction reserves the right to hold items paid for by check until the check has cleared. All sales subject to Virginia sales tax as stipulated by state law, unless you have a resale certificate on file with us.
