BUYERS PREMIUM: A 12% "buyer's premium" will be added to the successful bidder's high bid and will be included in the total purchase price. A 3% surcharge will be charged when using a credit card. NC sales tax for Wayne County will be added (6.75%) unless you have an tax exempt/resale form (E-595E form).
PAYMENT: Cash or credit card will be acceptable means of payment. HiBid will not be charging your credit card. If you win the bid, you will pay for your items when you pick them up.
NO WARRANTIES: The information contained on the sale list and all related auction materials are subject to the terms and conditions of the CONTRACT OF SALE. Buyer's complete inspection of property is encouraged. All property sells "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" if any. At this auction, you will be allowed to pick up items the following day, Friday, September 15th between the hours of 9am-4pm, by appointment only! Please do not show up expecting to get your items if you did not make an appointment because you will have to wait, thank you. Please call (919)222-8479 to make your appointment. Items not picked up the following day after the auction shall be subject to forteiture. Neither the seller nor Aycock Auction are responsible for damage or theft.

This is an online ONLY auction for the Estate of Pauline B. Vanderburg (Deceased). Mrs. Pauline was a local artist and craftsman that was extremely talented and will be greatly missed!
At this auction there will be end tables, TV tables, craft supplies, Pyrex bowl, Thomas Kinkade clock, collectible AVON plate, Nascar (Jeff Gordon), dishes, yarn, unfinished wood items, toys, albums, CD;s, books, antique wooden ironing board and did I mention, lots & lots of Christmas ornaments and decorations of all kinds.
There will be a 12% "Buyers Premium" added to the successful bidders high bid along with a 3% convenience fee for use of credit cards. NC sales tax of 6.75% will also be added.
Please note that your credit card will not be charged after the auction for your items you bid off. You will pay for items when you pick them up.
