(2) 1986 Lincoln Town Car Limousine; (3) 1999 Lincoln Town Car AUCTION CONDUCT: Conduct of the auction and bid increments are at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. The Seller and Selling Agents reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person�s financial or legal credentials, fitness, etc. All decisions of the Auctioneer are final. ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS/PURCHASE AGREEMENT: The successful bidder(s) will sign a Cash at Closing with NO FINANCIAL CONTINGINCIES Purchase Agreement and deliver the Earnest Money Deposit at the conclusion of the live auction. BUYER PREMIUM: There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium added to the final bids. Final Bid + 10% = Total Purchase price.
