--Payment can be made thru credit card (4% surcharge), check, or cash at pickup. Payment is due by Wed Sept 20 at 7pm or balance owing will be charged to your credit card you registered with.
--Pickup location is 1230 1st St Scotland, SD. THE ONLY PICKUP TIME IS WED SEPT 20TH FROM 4PM TO 7PM. DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO COME PICKUP WED SEPT 20TH.
All items are to be removed by WED SEPT 20TH AT 7PM. Items remaining after will become the property of the Auction Company if other arrangements have not been made. Due to space restrictions we are unable to hold your purchases for you. If you choose not to pickup your purchase your credit card will still be charged for the total of your purchase that you made. You will also be blocked from purchasing in the future.
Auctioneers reserves the right to add or remove property from the auction. All property is sold as is, where is and there is no guarantee and no warranty, neither expressed nor implied. All sales are final. Due to time constraints we have not checked each item to see if it is functional. Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Buyer is reponsible for property at the time of purchase. The auction company is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Property is not to be removed until payment in full has been received. Sales tax will be charged according to the law. Stopping payment of check or insufficient funds checks are seen as intent to defraud. It is the bidders responsibility to be informed about the property and associated costs before bidding.
