Thank you for your participation in the Demel Farmhouse auction last week! Now we have cataloged the good stuff from the 9 outbuildings/barns! This is a large auction, so bring a truck, trailer, and helpers! We’ve sorted through all kinds of antiques, tools, primitives, and building materials with features including galvanized buckets, clipper seed cleaners, a cold storage unit, birdbath molds, a calf puller, beehives, and many other farm related items! Call before bidding if you have questions. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. We will show you to your items, but you and your helpers must remove them. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available. The barn dust is free… the help is not, tips appreciated if we do have to help you.
