After 64 years of successful business and service to the community, Bill and Dave Simmons have decided to close the company and retire from the construction business.  We will sell by Absolute Auction located at the Medina County Fairgrounds:

720 W. Smith Rd. Medina, OH 44256

Parking in field lot on Northwest side of fairgrounds.  No parking inside the fairgrounds gates.  Registration in Bldg. #22.  Loading available on sale day until 6 PM, and the following day from 8 AM until 4 PM.  Food stand by Kurtz Concessions.  Online bidding will be available on the larger lots, through Proxibid.

Sale Order:  We will be starting on Tools and small items in the building at 10 AM.  Should be on the large items with online bidding at approx. 11:30 (Gradalls, then vehicles, trailers, and concrete equipment).

Loading available on sale day until 6 PM, and the following day from 8 AM until 4 PM.

All items need to be removed by Sat. Oct. 7th.
