1149 E. Hoop Rd. Xenia, OH 45385

Final Updates:  10+ Acres of good off-road parking in cut bean field.  Bidder registration and preview starts at 8 AM on sale day. 

SALE ORDER:  Selling in 3 rings.  1st crew will start at 9 AM on antiques and collectibles at the auction block  Pedal Tractors and farm toys sell at 10 AM.  2nd crew will start at 9AM on wagon loads of hand tools and misc. farm items, then move to rows of box lot items.  3rd crew will start at 11 AM on Tractors, Farm Machinery, and larger items, then moving to scrap metal and remaining contents of buildings.  Furniture will sell later in the day - approx. 1 PM.

Telehandler will be available for loading the farm equipment on sale day (until approx. 5 PM), and on Sunday if needed (after 10 AM).

 October 17 Updates:  200+ new photos added today - many new finds.  Buffalo 1 row corn planter, 12' rolling staircase, and Schuck cushion hitch have been removed from the auction.  

Update (Oct. 1st): Winchester 42 .410 shogun, Apple Butter Kettle, DeKalb signs, and arrowheads have been REMOVED from the auction.

Late Additions: 1979 Chevy Cheyenne 30 dualy pickup truck w/454 V8, auto trans & approx. 175k miles (not running); Case XX & other pocket knives; slate bed pool table (disassembled).
