Winning bidder will also be required to sign a Real Estate Auction Contract, Auction Terms and Conditions, and any other applicable documents within 48 hours of seller confirmation. Property Disclosures available upon request. Buyer Accepts Property As Is. Sale is not contingent upon Inspections, Financing, or Appraisal. Any personal items remaining at the property as of closing will transfer with property. Any inspections to be done prior to auction closing day. Property sells As Is There will be a 10% buyers premium added to the final bid price to arrive at the contract sales price. 10% non refundable deposit to be made by winning bidder within 48 hours of auction close/Seller Confirmation.
