The winning bidder is responsible for paying the Buyers Premium as part of the total cost. Sales Tax: All sales are subject to a 6% PA Sales Tax unless the auction company has a valid Tax Exemption Form on file for the bidder. Bidders who have a Tax Exemption Cert MUST FILL OUT A PA SALE TAX EXEMPT FORM . If the shipping cost exceeds expectations, the items can be returned to the auction company at no charge. Bidders should communicate their decision regarding shipping after the auction's completion. Failure to remove items during the specified times or arrange shipping will result in the forfeiture of the item(s). The buyer will still be charged the full amount. Important Shipping Information: Due to increased package volume from e-commerce, the processing time for auction shipping is approximately 7-10 days, and shipping costs may be higher than a few months ago. The auction company provides the following disclaimer: If the purchaser refuses to pay the shipping expense and the item(s) are returned to the auction company, the auction company will not refund the expense of the item(s).
