Lots will close at a rate of one every 20 seconds with a soft close, meaning if a bid is placed in the last two minute, bidding will extend by two minutes. All items are sold �AS IS� and all sales are final. No returns, refunds, credits or adjustments for any reason. Bob�s Auction Service, Inc. accepts cash, good checks, wire transfers, certified checks, Master Card, Visa or Discover Credit Cards (4% convenience fee for using credit/debit cards). Maximum allowable charge on credit cards is $2,500 unless pre-approved. Credit cards are not accepted for titled vehicles. Sales tax applies unless Bob�s Auction Service is provided with a Wisconsin sales tax exemption form. If buyer does not contact Bob�s Auction Service within 72 hours of the auction close start time, the credit card on file will be charged. If a buyer fails to pay in full for an item the buyer may be black listed and not allowed to participate in any Bob�s Auction Service, Inc.. auction and reported to other HiBid auction companies as a non-paying bidder. All items must be picked up at the designated pickup times, no exceptions unless prior arrangements are made. If they are not picked up at the designated pickup times the items are considered abandoned and become the property of the Auction Company or seller. The buyer is still responsible for full payment, no refunds will be given. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. NO SHIPPING. Items are available for public inspection prior to the auction. All arbitration fees will be split equally between both parties. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card.
