The record of the sale kept by the Auctioneer and sale clerk will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. All paperwork will be made out in the company name as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice. If no company name is given it will be listed in the individual name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice at the time of auction close. . No changes to paperwork will be allowed.
