1. No refunds on items marked "USED”,” Damaged” , “Dented”, “Parts” or "OPEN BOX" . these items are being sold as-is
2. After the auction closes your card on file will be charged. If you are wanting to pay cash, or with a different card, please contact us 1 day prior to auction closing.if you are "Tax Exempt", please email us a copy of certificate 1 day prior to auction closing.
3. Any items not paid for by the following day after the auction closes will be forfeited and relisted in the next auction, we will not hold items without payment. to avoid losing your item(s) please contact Rachel the following day after the auction closes. If you are wanting to pay cash or with a different card, you may do so before 5 pm the day after the auction closes.
4.Our hours are 10:00PM-5;00PM, if you need an earlier pickup time please contact us via cellphone!
please see auction closing time and date, the scheduled date and time for pickup is set for removal the day after auction closes, Sunday we are closed, if you win items on Saturday or Sunday the auction removal day will be Monday. If you win the Friday night auction the removal day is Saturday.
5. Auction removal, you have 24-48 hrs to pick up your item(s) after the auction closes, if you are unable to make it during that time frame please contact us. No communication will result in your item being put back in auction immediately.
6. Auction previews are always welcome! Please contact us and schedule a preview. Are you unsure about an item, wrong picture in the lot? or need more info, please contact us by phone or email.
