Sales Terms ● All items are sold as is where is: No Warranties, No Guarantees. ● Buyers must remit full payment within 24 hours of receiving their invoice. Failure to remit full payment by the deadline set forth will result in invoice cancellation and Buyer(s) will forfeit all rights to any lots awarded. ● Upon arrival, the seller will sign and acknowledge that equipment is being released to the buyer. ● Buyer must arrange removal and shipping logistics. All assets must be removed from the site no later than 9/15/23. Any asset(s) not removed by 9/15/23 will be forfeited and monies paid for said assets will also be forfeited. No refunds will be provided.
