Sales Terms • All items are sold as is, where is. No Warranties, no guarantees. • Buyer must remit full payment by end of the day on 8/25/23 or the sales order will be deemed abandoned. Once deemed abandoned, buyer forfeits right to goods. • Once payment is received in full, vendor of Seller's choice will facilitate rigging/removal and pickup will be scheduled directly through Aucto once asset is ready for pick up. Pick up will be conducted by appointment only. Removal pickups are scheduled with a minimum 48 hr notice. Once confirmed by Aucto, buyer or their shipping delegate must fulfill scheduled pick up appointment. For questions about pick up appointments, email support@aucto.com. Buyer must arrange logistics and pick up appointments must be scheduled and confirmed by 9/6/23 at the latest. The latest date a pick up appointment is allowed is 9/12/23. If equipment is not picked up by 9/12/23. Buyer will forfeit all goods and monies and no refunds will be provided. • Upon arrival for pickup appointment, Seller will sign buyer-provided BOL to acknowledge equipment being released to buyer. The invoice for the Buyer who is awarded the lot will include the applicable charges and taxes as well as the $1,200 rigging/removal charge. Seller will provide loading assistance onto a flatbed trailer. Buyer is responsible for securing load(s) for transport.
