WARRANTY EXPLANATION - Everything is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without guarantees of any kind. If you bid without asking questions about your concern(s), then you accept FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the condition and completeness of the item(s). We do not guarantee items that do not belong to us. The seller no longer needs these items and refuses to guarantee the condition. It is YOUR responsibility to inquire BEFORE you bid on them. INTERNET BIDDING - Due to varying Internet speeds, browser controls, wireless signals, and other communication problems we DO NOT GUARANTEE that your bid will be accepted on any item. Do not wait until the last possible second to place a bid. If an item is not on your invoice, then your bid was not the last and highest bid recorded and there is no recourse. ANY CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WHILE THE ITEMS ARE ON THE AUCTION PREMISES. In no event will auctioneer's or seller's liability to buyer ever exceed the purchase price paid. BUYER'S PREMIUM - The expenses of conducting the auction are shared between the seller and buyer. The buyer's expense is called a BUYER'S PREMIUM and is set at 10%. SELLING TIMES THE MONEY - If there is a small box in the corner of the picture with an "x" and "number", then you are bidding one unit and your bid will be multiplied by the number of units. REMOVAL SELECTION - If we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.) REMOVAL PERIOD - The scheduled removal time will be printed on the bottom of your invoice.
