By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
Buyer's premium rate will be 15% with a 3% discount for cash.

New Braunfels Auction does not test or guarantee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by bidder prior to the auction. All descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by bidding you have on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.
Shipment of firearms will be made to FFL holders only. Please check your local laws prior to bidding. The New Braunfels Auction Co. requires a copy of a certificate of their current FFL (email NBAuctionCo@yahoo.com). Any FFL paperwork will be handled by Freddy's Pawn and Jewelry, 671 S. Seguin Ave, New Braunfels, TX. The fee is $20 plus tax per item with a $5 discount for prior or active military or police service. Any shipping will be $45 for pistols, $75 for long arms, and $10 for every $500 for insurance.
