Auction Terms & Conditions Buyers Premium: 18%(Credit Card) OR 15% (Cash/Check) *All applicable sales tax applies and will be charged as new law went into effect February 2020. If have exemption certificate, bring to checkout. All equipment with a title are TAX exempt. If arrangements are made for a later pick-up time, items must be picked up within seven (7) days of the auction closing date. If items are not picked up within 7 days, items will be forfeited and NO refund will be given. Rogers Auctioneers is not a storage facility, and does not have the space to accommodate or store left over items. Unlike eBay, if someone bids in the last 2 minutes, that item will extend 2 minutes until all bidding has ceased. Be aware, a lot of bidding happens in the last few hours and closing will be fast, so if you cannot be in front of your computer during auction closing time, use the Max Bid feature, and the computer will handle your bidding and try and buy at the cheapest price for you. Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, and Cash that can be paid on-site at pickup! Shipper expense of packaging and postage will be paid directly to Shipper in addition. All items in this auction are selling AS-IS, WHERE IS with all faults, if any. Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the items being sold. Descriptions of the items are believed to be correct, but are not guaranteed. If a video is posted of an item running/operating, it does not guarantee that it will do so at time of pick up. PLEASE COME INSPECT THE ITEMS at stated preview times. It is the Buyer's responsibility to conduct any inspections prior to the auction. Pictures and descriptions may be updated throughout the process due to giving a better understanding of the item being sold. Auctioneer has the right to bid on behalf of the seller in a non-absolute auction. Color of items in pictures may be different than actual items due to lighting conditions. All measurements are +/- accuracy.  It is possible that the property being sold is subject to local, state and federal regulatory authorities and it is the Buyer's responsibility to ascertain if they are subject to regulation and permitting. Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. has attempted to find or locate all information deemed material facts. Ultimately, it is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect all aspects of the items before placing a bid. It is automatically acknowledged by placing a bid that you have personally inspected the property, hired an agent to inspect the property, or waived your right to inspect the property. *Gun buyers will sign a form stating that they are a legal citizen of the US, have not been dishonorably discharged from the US military, is 18 years of age, and is not a convicted felon. Agency: A $25.00 transfer fee will be charged per firearm, and a transfer will be conducted by a local FFL Dealer. All transactions are between the seller and the buyer. The auctioneer is acting only as the seller's agent. Winning Bidder Notification: If you are the winning bidder you will be notified with an invoice via email within 12 hours of the close of the auction. Catalog Discrepancies: You are bidding on the item as described. Do not rely solely on the photograph. Occasionally, the wrong photo may be displayed, or other additional items may be pictured which do not sell with the current lot. Bidding Errors: We will not reverse bids that have caused another bidder to be outbid. We will not reverse any bids after the auction has begun to close, no exceptions. Charge-backs: Bidder agrees that under no circumstances will he or she initiate a charge-back. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, the Auctioneer reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the Auctioneer nor the online bidding software and service provider shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserves the right to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by the Auctioneer. Any item not picked up at stated pickup time will be forfeited with no notice to Buyer unless arrangements have been made with Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. prior to end of pickup time. If other arrangements are made with Rogers Auctioneers, item(s) must be picked up within seven (7) days, or the item(s) will be forfeited with NO refunds given. No refunds or charge-backs will be granted due to a lack of removal during the designated times. If an item is missing, the auction company is only responsible for refunding the amount that was paid, or the high bid of that particular item.
