PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THEY MAY HAVE CHANGED.
1. By registering to bid buyer is agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions. You must register to bid. You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. You must be 21 years old to bid on pistols or pistol ammo.
2. You must have a concealed carry permit or pass a background check to bid on or buy pistols, rifles or shotguns. If a gun buyer cannot pass a background check, gun will be resold at an 22% commission rate. Original buyer will either make up shortfall or receive overage for resell price after gun is resold.
3. $20 cash transfer fee per weapon due at pick up. Background check on all rifles & shotguns without a conceal carry permit. You Must be: 18 years old to bid on rifle or shotgun ammo, or black powder guns.
You must be 21 years old to bid on pistols or pistol ammo.
4. Shipping is avail for ammo at bidder's expense, plus a $5 special handling fee per every $100s in bid price.
5. Auction is subject to cancellation by John Pischke Auctioneer due to Computer black out, power outages, tornados, hurricanes, rioting, civil unrest, acts of war, or any other events that may adversely affect this auction before its completion & final closing by John Pischke Auctioneer ncal 9625.
6. You must submit your credit card information to be able to bid.
7. 18% buyer's premium added to bid price. A $20 per weapon cash only transfer fee payable at pick up. No transfer fee on black powder pistols.
8. Sales tax will be added to purchase price.
9. All items sold as is, where is. All sales are final, no refunds.
If a gun buyer cannot pass a background check, gun will be resold at a 22% commission rate. Original buyer will either make up shortfall or receive overage for resell price after gun is resold.
10. There are no previews scheduled for this auction. All previews will be by appointment only for this auction. Please call John at 919-906-0385 to set an appointment for viewing.
11. After auction pick up must be picked up by appointment.
12. PLEASE CALL JOHN FOR ADDITIONAL FLEXIBILITY ON GUN PICK UP IF NECESSARY.
13. Buyers are responsible for loading of all items. Auction staff cannot assist with moving, loading and delivering. Please bring your own help and equipment for large and heavy items.
14. Anybody that does not pay for items they bid on during online auctions will not be permitted to participate in any future auctions for John Pischke Auctioneer NCAL 9625.
