All of the items in this auction are brand new, first quality and come with full manufacturers's warranty. All warranty issues are between the bidder and the manufacturer. The buyer's premium for this auction is 20%, plus shipping. We do not charge a fee for credit card processing like other auction companies. We sell for multiple seller's in various locations around the United States. This means that your items may arrive at different times or in different packages from different carriers. These sellers may take different amounts of time to ship your items. We ask our sellers to ship as quickly as possible, but at times, there may be delays in their shipping times. Also, there may be times when a seller unexpectedly goes out of stock on an item. If this occurs, we will attempt to source the item for you. We may substitue a similar item if one is available. If we are unable to source the item, we will process a refund back to your card on file. We incur fees when you bid and/or win an item in our auction. If you win an item and fail to pay for it, fail to send us a legal address for shipping, fail to give us a correct address or, in general, cause a failure to complete the transaction, a relisting fee of the greater of 20% or $200 will apply and you give permission to charge the relisting fee to you card on file. If your card on file declines, we may charge a decline fee of $10 per attempt to charge your card, for a maximum of five attempts. You give permission to charge your card on file for those decline fees. You also agree that card decline fees will be paid even if you don't pay for or receive the items that you won. You also agree that card decline fees and/or relisting fees will be paid first and before any monies collected will be applied to your purchase. You give us permission to charge your card in increments smaller than the total due in an attempt to collect your entire invoice balance. You also give us permission to apply those smaller payments toward card decline fees, storage fees or relisting fees if applicable. You are responsible for having your gun shop or FFL holder of choice email a copy of their Federal Firearms License (FFL) to us for shipping of your firearm. The email must be sent to bismanbids@gmail.com and have your name on the subject line. The FFL must be received within 5 days of the auction close or a $10 per day storage fee may be imposed. You agree to this charge to your credit card on file. All storage fees must be payed prior to shipping your firearm. You agree to pay these storage fees even if you don't pay for or receive the firearm that you won. If you write us a personal, business or cashier's check that is not honored by your bank or financial institution, you give us permission to charge your card on file for the amount of the dishonored check, plus a $35 NSF fee and an additional 4% of the total amount to cover the credit card fees. If you dispute any of the charges that you have agreed to, a $200 dispute fee will be charged to your card on file. You give us permission to charge that fee to your card on file. This covers our time and expense in submitting paperwork to the card processor in order to recover our money. All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. Do not share your log in information. Do not leave your computer open while you are logged in to our site. If somone else uses your login or your computer, you agree that you have granted permission to that person and you agree that you are responsible for any bids that are placed through your account. If you cannot pay for your winning bid, you may opt to pay a relisting fee of the greater of 20% or $200 per item. Many of the items that we sell are restricted in some states. You are responsible for knowing the laws in the state in which you reside. If you win an item that is not legal to ship to your address on file, you may give us an alternate address for shipping. If you do not have an alternate address, a relisting fee of the greater of 20% or $200 will apply. We do not ship internationally. If you live outside of the United States and have won an item, we must ship your item to an address within the US. You can then arrange to export your item. We will ship items to Alaska or Hawaii, but additional shipping charges may be incurred. Large or oversized items may also incur additional shipping charges. If we ship an item to you and it is returned to us by the shipper, you agree to pay a relisting fee of 20% of the purchase plus shipping to send your items to you again. If you cancel the transaction because of this return, you agree to pay the relisting fee of $200 or 20%, whichever is greater. We reserve the right to accept or reject your bid for any reason. We may accept your bid even if you're not the high bidder if we have multiple items available. If we have accepted your bid, you will receive a paid receipt along with instructions for next steps ususally within 24 hours of the auction close. Some of our items will have a reserve placed upon the item by the Seller. We may program our software to bid up to the amount of that reserve in order to keep the item from selling under the reserve price. An item becomes your property the moment it is paid for through the charge to your credit card. You assume all of the risk in the pre-shipping storage of your property and in the actual shipping. Any claims for damaged or missing items are strictly between the buyer and the shipping company. We no longer have an option for picking items up locally. All items will be shipped according to our listed terms and conditions. All Information listed on auction items is based on information from the manufacturer. It is NOT GUARANTEED. All auction items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with any and all faults or defects. Buyers are solely responsible for determining the condition of all purchases. Bidders are responsible for conducting due diligence as we are not responsible for errors in cataloging, photographing or listing auction items. Pictures are provided for the buyers convenience only, they do not imply condition. We have the right to update our terms and conditions at any time.
