All in-state bidders shall pay 7% Indiana state tax unless a tax exempt form has been provided. All items are sold as is unless guaranteed by grading in catalog or in writing in advance. We ship to those that cannot make it here in person. We get commercial pricing from FedEx and USPS and pass those savings on to our customers. We do charge a packing materials and handling fee to cover our expenses but are not profiting from the process.

Kemper Lease. Highlights include a scarce 4011 5-window caboose, four early Lionel produced 10 series cars for American Flyer, boxed wide gauge sets to include Butler Brothers, Pocahontas, Chief, Commander, Eagle, Lone Scout, Trailblazer plus others, Sirus and Varney Mayflower set, very early black 4000 electric locomotive, many boxed accessories, rare individual freight cars such as a blue 4007 sand car, prototype gray lumber car, scarce Union Station, 1929 Ives casting steam locomotive, numerous steam locomotives with tenders, many boxes and more. Mr. Lease collected quality and was always looking for variations which are fairly abundant here. There are numerous O gauge American Flyer trains with several Edmonds Metzel era sets and accessories plus a few very nice Bing O gauge trains. Also included will be select Lionel postwar O gauge trains from the Sidney Brown estate plus a small but fantastic addition of high grade postwar sets and individual locomotive units in master cartons and rolling stock from a private collection. Set your watches and mark your calendars for a fantastic auction of beautiful, well preserved trains.
