NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE of property to satisfy a carrier’s lien against property owned by Renown Industries, Inc. d/b/a Fabtex Industries. Sale to be held at 1120 Whistler Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21223, on Thursday, August 31, 2023, and shall begin at 12:00 P.M. Seller reserves the right to withdraw the property prior to or at time of sale. Property to be sold is described as follows: Two hundred eighty-eight (288) rolls of deep red brown twill textile material with a total weight of 34388 pounds. Owner of said property is Renown Industries, Inc. d/b/a Fabtex Industries. All rolls are palletized and shrink wrapped and ready for removal. The storage facility will assist with forklift loading buyer’s truck. There may be a fee for this service. Contact warehouse for further information (Xi Lee 240-447-4764). TERMS OF SALE: A deposit of $10,000 in cash or certified funds will be required from all bidders at the time and place of sale. Deposits will be collected by the auctioneer prior to sale and all deposits will be returned immediately following the sale with the exception of the successful purchaser. There is no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied as to the nature and condition of the fabric being auctioned. The deposit must be increased to equal ten percent (10%) of the purchase price on or before 12:00 P.M. NOON, Friday, September 1, 2023 to the office of the auctioneer located at 912 E. 25^th Street, Baltimore, MD 21218. The balance of the purchase price (including fifteen percent (15%) buyer’s premium) shall be due and payable on or before 12:00 P.M. NOON, Monday, September 11, 2023, to the office of the auctioneer. If the Buyer fails to pay the balance, the deposit(s) shall be forfeited to the Seller and the Property will be resold at the risk and expense of the defaulting Purchaser; all expenses (including legal fees, marketing fees etc.) shall be charged against and paid from the forfeited deposit and any deficiency will be at the expense of the Purchaser. Buyer is fully responsible for the removal of the property and is responsible for storage fees from date of sale forward.
