All items are sold as is. There is no warranty and buyer assumes responsibility for inspecting items in person to thier satisfaction. All sales are final. Verbal remarks made on auction day take precidence over printed material. Online absentee bids to be given as buyer's best and highest bid, as those (closed as of 8-25-23 at 5:00 pm, will be competing with onsite, live, in real time bidders auction day. All items must be paid for in full within 24 hours of conclusion of auction via wire transfer ONLY-no exceptions. There will be a 7% buyer's premium added to the winning final bid. In the instance that the item(s) have a green sheet, MN title, the buyer will also be responsible for a document fee, transfer fee, sales tax, and applicable registration. Those fees will be due at settlement for all items following the auction. Shipping is not available and it is the buyer's responsibility to assume all shipping costs, communications, and risk. No items to be removed from auction site until paid for in full. Auctioneer assumes no responsibility for late/missed bids left online. Any and all bids submitted will be charged to the buyer when they are the high bidder. It is the buyer's responsibility to insure the items once declared sold, for all security, damages, theft, etc. Upon registration, note that Reinhardt Auction Service will not register bidders with any negative bidding history given by other HiBid auciton companies.
