By Bidding on Any KC Market House Auction, You’re Agreeing to the Following: Standard pick-up times: Monday thur Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm. (Holidays/Weather may affect these hours) You're allotted 3 business days to pick up items from auction close date, no appointment needed. If you are unable to pick up your items within that time frame a small fee will be charged. Items will be returned back to auction after 7 Calendar days from close date. ***IMPORTANT*** When picking up at our location: -No appointment needed for pick up -Pull up to the double garage doors located on the east side of building -Bring your printed invoice (or) have your bidder ID and auction close date ready. -If your item is large, more than 100 lbs please bring additional help to load 1. If you are unable to pick up on time, please make other arrangements with Makinzi (816) 286-7666 Warehouse phone will be answered Monday-Friday 10-5. We are too small of a warehouse to hold items for more than 3 days. 2. Stock Photos- The use of stock photos does not guarantee the condition of the items, however gives you an idea of what the product is. Please view pictures and read descriptions. Our Team does a great job of notating quality of items and if they see any damage. If product looks different than stock photo please go off of product seen in photos or call Makinzi if you have questions. We do our best to match products with exact stock photos, but we are human and mistakes may happen. 3. Damaged Items- We do our best to describe any damage that we may find. Please view items marked open box/damage during inspection times. We may not document/see all damage to item. 4. Your card on File will be charged the morning after auction closes between 6-8AM. If you are tax exempt call and notify Makinzi. An email or hand delivered tax exempt form is required your first visit to KC Market House (Makinzi@kcmarkethouse.com). Return Policy: *Appears New Items- May be returned for a full refund if item is damaged, does not work or incomplete (missing hardware is excluded from refunds) *Open Box Items- May be returned for partial refund if item is damaged, does not work, or is incomplete (missing hardware is excluded from refunds) *Damaged Items- No Refunds, Sold As IS *All Approved Refunds, item(s) must be returned to auction house within 7 days following closure of auction Factory Sealed: New in box, never used, original product, in original box. We stand behind the listing as described. Being “new”, we have not checked for function / internal damage. You may inspect/test before you leave. Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used. They may, or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected. We inspect for the following: Does not appear to have been pre-owned Item is complete enough to run / work as needed Box may be damaged, however, internal contents are functional Open box: Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or DOA, we have not tested. Damaged: These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. We don’t test for functionality. These could be items never used / owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid, but never put together or used. Could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken.
