The auctioneer and auction company is not liable for print errors and any verbal comments on auction day take presidence over printed material. Payment must be received within 24 hours following the auction. Payment via wire transfer ONLY. No exceptions. Failure to pay via wire transfer in 24 hours will result in $100 added charge to buyer. Failure to pay for purchased items within 4 business days will result in ban from bidding at Reinhardt Auctions and forfieture of item, which will revert back to seller. All bids are final and non-revokable after made online. There will be a 7% buyer's premium added to the top bid. Registered bidders will be held to received bids, and not revokable once placed. Bidders understand that they should offer their highest and best bid, as all bids will be printed off and taken to the live auction. The bids will not be given to auctioneer as the top bid, but as the live audience dictates. (For instance, if an online absentee bidder places his/her high bid at $5000, the live audience begins the bidding at $2,500, the online bidder will be the next bidder and so on until the live bidder stops, resulting in the online bidder being the winning bidder, or if outbid at above the online bidder's top bid of $5,000, the item will sell to the live bidder. We will place your bids as if you are present and may or may not have to reach your top given bid. Absentee bidding will close at 5:00 pm CST, the evening prior to the auction day. Buyers are responsible for all shipping. We do not offer assistance in securing shipping. The buyer is responsible for insuring the items once they are declared the bidder. Titled items will be transferred by Reinhardt Auction Service, and the buyer will be charged a document fee, transfer fee, sales tax, registration and possible plate fee. This is payable at the time of purchase. Reinhardt Auction Service will not accept absentee bids from any bidder whom has received a negative review from previous auction companies with no exception.

These items offered to buyers to place pre-bids (your highest and best bid) which will be placed during live auction. This auction offers some of the cleanest, well-kept equipment, vehicle, side-by-side, and personal property. If you are bidding through HiBid, and are the winning bidder on the pickup, contact Reinhardt Auction Service at 218-845-2260 to discuss how you will want the pickup titled. We are licenced dealers and must transfer the pickup for the buyer if you reside within MN. Out of state buyers will sign a promisary note that states that you will transfer within your home state within 10 business days.
