Tract #1 buyers will be given full possession at closing on acreage with homesite, and landlord possession on crop acres until harvest has been finished. Tract #2 buyer will be given Landlord possession at closing, and full possession after crops have been harvested. 2023 Farm Income will be paid to sellers. 2023 real estate taxes prorated to date of closing.
