Bidder waives their right to a chargeback and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Any Chargeback is subject to a defense fee of $100 to offset the time and fees associated with the chargeback PICK UP and SHIPPING: Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. This is an online only auction to liquidate an estate in O'Fallon, MO. All items sell as is, as found with no attempt to improve. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7 pm on Monday, August 21st with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from Noon til 6 on Wednesday, August 23rd at the home.
