Auction Terms & Conditions Auction: All Bidders attending Wellsville Auction House auctions must agree to these terms and conditions. All bidders are required to register prior to bidding on any item. Bidders are required to give first and last name, address, phone number and email address. Wellsville Auction House or Owner reserves the right to refuse registration to anyone who has not fully honored bids at previous Auctions.. A 10% BUYERS PREMIUM will be charged on all purchases. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable items unless bidder has a valid exemption. Your Payment can be made with CASH, OR CHECK Buyers that renege on payment will lose their bidding privileges. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, information and quantities given by the Auction catalog, Auctioneer, owner, or other Auction personnel is offered only as a guide. Responsibility for proper nomenclature and identification of Auction merchandise is the responsibility of the bidder. All Auction items are sold �AS-IS�, �WHERE-IS�, �WITH ALL FAULTS and DEFECTS THEREIN.� There is no guarantee as to merchantability by Auctioneer or Owner. This auction is the first auction from an untouched 40 year property. This auction is all out of just one building on the property. A two story garage / building that was just packed with stuff. We sorted it all out, took pictures and listed 700 lots in the auction, all from that one building. There was antiques, collectibles, tools, oil and gas, etc. Just way to much to list so check out the catalog. We will be having 2 more upcomiing auctions from this property.
