The Seller may accept, reject, or counter the high bid. Warne Auctioneering, LLC accepts cash, good checks (bank letter of guarantee must accompany checks from buyers unknown to the auction company), wire transfers, or certified checks. Sales tax DOES NOT APPLY. THERE IS A $1000.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD YOU REGISTERED WITH FOR THIS SALE AT THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION. BALANCE TO BE PAID AT PICK UP. Letter of guarantee from the bank MUST accompany your check. If a buyer fails to pay in full for an item the buyer will be black listed and not allowed to participate in any Warne Auctioneering auction and reported to other HiBid auction companies as a non-paying bidder. All items must be picked up at the designated pickup times, no exceptions unless prior arrangements are made. If they are not picked up at the designated pickup times the items are considered abandoned and become the property of the Auction Company or seller. The buyer is still responsible for full payment, no refunds will be given. Lots start closing on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 @ 6 PM CST. Lots close at a rate of one every 3 minutes. This is a soft close auction meaning if anyone places a bid on a lot within the last 2 minutes prior to the lot closing the bidding is extended an additional 3 minutes. The late William "Bill" Graber collection. With Livingston Wisconsin's motto being "With the good earth all around" due to its farming community, he affectionately called his tractor collection "The Good Earth Collection".
