MPLAN25-15-3-0130, Laguna Industrial 25″ Planer With 15HP 3PH

Oversized bearing housings and comes standard with Electronic Variable Speed.

Standard PLC control which allows you to enter in the desired height and the bed moves automatically to that setting.

The PLC in the Laguna Industrial 25” planer also has automatic backlash compensation ensuring precise thicknesses.

ShearTec II cutter head, which boasts 6 rows of 4 sided German carbide inserts for a total of 174 knives.

Equipment Dimensions: 47" wide x 60" deep x 60" tall

The machine worked decent when last used and some adjustments could be made to optimize performance.

Machine has an electronic panel on the front that used to be able to punch dimensions into it to operate the machine which does not work now.

You have to use the hand crank on the side of the machine.

It had a tendency to cause some tear out at the ends of the boards (it only did this occasionally though).

That is probably an issue with some chipped teeth on the helical head.

Rollers could use some alignment; the boards planed with it could have a dip at the end of them (last 3 or 4 inches).
