Bidder waives their right to a chargeback and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Any Chargeback is subject to a defense fee of $100 to offset the time and fees associated with the chargeback PICK UP and SHIPPING: Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at the posted slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate. We do not have alternate days. This is an online only auction to liquidate an amazing estate in Frontenac, MO. All items sell as is - as received with no attempt to improve. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7 pm on Monday, August 14th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is on Wednesday, August 16th. This home is in a gated community off Bopp Road, and there will be a guard allowing access from 12pm til 6pm. Due to the limited parking we are offering free transfer of shippable items to the Peanut Gallery to be picked up the following day (Thursday, August 17th) from Noon until 6.
