Bidding: All items are sold as is where is. Lots marked as *Live Item* are open for pre bidding only and will be offered at the live auction on the public square starting at 2:30pm on Saturday August 12th. If there are no other offers to increase the pre bid then the winning bidder will be the high bidder online. All other lots are being sold online to the highest bidder. Bidding will have a soft close which will add 2min on to an item if it gets a bid in the last 2min of the items close.
Payment: Cash, Check and all Major Credit Cards. A 5% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all forms of payment.
Winning online bidders will be sent an invoice at the conclusion of the auction on August 12th and your card that you register with will be automatically charged for your full due amount.

Mount Vernon Music & Arts Festival Saturday August 12th Pre-Bidding On Live Auction Items will End at 12pm Live Auction- 2:30pm Main Stage Area (Registration will open at 1:30pm) Online Only Items will Begin to Close at 7pm Bidding Live & Online! WWW.TheRuckmanGroup.com All items are being offered for online bidding, a select few items will be brought to live auction during the festival with the online high bid being the starting bid for the live crowd. All other items are sold online to the highest bidder. Live auction items are marked " *Live Item* " and will only be accepting pre-bids online. Register online ahead of the auction or at the festival at our registration table. You can use your online number to bid at the live auction. Just stop at the registration table to get your number. All items are made by local artists so please reach out to them if you would like to order a piece through them. All items are made from wood harvested from the Mount Vernon Public Square and are one of a kind! Funds raised through the auction are split 50/50 between the Mount Vernon Music & Arts Festival to go towards next year's festival and the artists who created the pieces.
