Terms and Conditions of Sale / Auction
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ONLY: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. A 15% Buyers Premium applies and will be added to all winning bids. Announcement day of sale takes precedence over all printed material. NO REFUNDS will be granted should items won at auction fail to be picked up at the designated time and date. Any items left behind after 24 HOURS will be considered abandoned. INVOICES are processed the following business day after the auction closes. Maryland Sales tax of 6% will be added to the winning bid price plus the 15% premium
