By bidding on this auction the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth and enters into a contractual agreement to purchase the item(s) under the following terms and conditions.
2. All winning bids require payment before items are removed from the sale location. There is a 4% processing fee for all credit card transactions. If you wish to pay Cash, Check w/ID at time of pickup, there are no additional processing fees. All credit cards must be brought to the pick-up location to be charged before the removal of items.
3. No Sales Tax on this auction.
4. 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on your total purchases, please factor into your bidding.
5. All Items sell "AS IS WHERE IS" . Buyer should satisfy themselves to the condition of all items regardless of description, attending auction preview is highly recommended. Buyer is responsible for paying for all items before removing them from auction location, no refunds or credit card charge backs will be granted.
6. Please bring any packing material and boxes that you may require. Assistance or equipment to assist with loading are the responsibility of the purchaser. All tools and help for removing items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
7. All items not picked up during scheduled pick up time will be considered abandoned, total balance due will be charged to credit card on file and items will be resold unless other arrangements are made with the company.
8. Shipping is available on select lots in this auction. Please watch the catalog to verify which items are eligible for shipping.
